Practice Areas:

Paul R. Pudloski concentrates his practice in the areas of landlord and tenant law; family law; business law; condominium law; and wills & trusts. He has practiced law in the NH Seacoast area since 1979. Paul is the author of the "NH Landlord Survival Kit", and he has the requisite training and experience in collaborative style divorce to maintain membership in the New Hampshire Collaborative Law Alliance.

A former prosecutor, Paul is the Past President of the Rockingham County Bar Association and a current member of its Board of Directors. He is a member of the NH Bar Association's Professionalism Committee and mentors new attorneys through the NHBA's Mentor Program.

Paul is a native of Kent, Ohio, who earned his BA degree in Political Science from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA in 1972, and earned his JD degree from Case-Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, OH in 1975. He has been a member of the NH Bar since 1975.

Paul and his wife have raised their family in Exeter, NH since 1979. Paul coached youth baseball for eleven (11) years, and has served as counsel for the NH Amateur Hockey Association. He chaired the Revolutionary War Festival in Exeter for two (2) years, and is a Past President of the Exeter Lions Club.

John Perrault has a BA in English from Providence College, an MA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and a JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He taught high school for ten years before attending Law School. John partnered with John Ahlgren in 1982 and has tried numerous criminal and civil cases in New Hampshire and Maine. He presently limits his practice to counseling writers and musicians on contractual matters, and representing the accused in criminal proceedings in New Hampshire and Maine.

John is also a musician and author. His most recent work is: Jefferson's Dream from Hobblebush Books (www.hobblebush.com), a historical narrative and musical mediation on the Declaration of Independence. He was Portsmouth Poet Laureate 2003-2005.

John L. Ahlgren provides a full range of strategic legal services for individuals, families, small business and non-profits in New Hampshire and Maine. His services include litigation, if needed, to resolve disputes in business, divorce, custody, trusts, wills, contracts, employment, construction, and real estate in the District, Superior and Probate Courts, and he obtains tough minded results. He counsels families and elderly people regarding elder law, Medicare, Medicaid, estate planning and social service issues. He represents people who have received personal injuries to obtain full compensation for the bodily and economic injuries they have received.

John Ahlgren has been in the private practice of law as senior partner of the firm since 1978. As a former NH Assistant Attorney General, he represented the Department of Labor, Motor Vehicle Division, Public Utilities Commission, all of the environmental agencies of New Hampshire, and the Engineers, Surveyors and Architects Boards, as well as the Horse and Dog Racing Commissions.

John grew up in Manchester, NH, attended St. Paul's School in Concord, NH, received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1967 and his JD from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco in 1972. He has been a member of the NH Bar since 1973 and a member of the Maine Bar since 1982. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal District and Circuit Courts for NH, Maine and California.

John has lived with his wife in Newmarket, NH, since 1988. He served as a member of the Newmarket Town Council and Newmarket Planning Board and continues to serve on the Newmarket Community Development Corporation. He is Chairman of the Board of Rain for the Sahel and Sahara, Inc., an international development non-profit organization, which undertakes education and literacy projects in West Africa. He is a long time member of the advisory board of Pontine Movement Theatre of Portsmouth, NH.
