The law firm of Griffin & Pudloski, P.A. strives to give personal, quality service emphasizing client satisfaction. We focus on representing individuals and small organizations, educating our clients on their rights and options, so they can make informed decisions. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients, providing clear answers, relieving their anxiety and working to solve their problems. Our pleasant home-like offices are in a convenient downtown setting, in a stately historic house with off-street parking. The law firm has deep roots in the community, with two generations of attorneys practicing here since 1932.
 
Charles A. Griffin
Charles A. Griffin, a native of Portsmouth, practices in the areas of real estate; zoning, planning and land use; estate planning; and probate administration. As general counsel of Piscataqua Savings Bank, Charlie has intimate knowledge of the Portsmouth business and political scene.
    A former JAG Officer in the Army, Charlie returned to his hometown in 1974 to continue the tradition of providing quality legal services to Seacoast area residents and businesses which had been started by his father in 1932.
    Charlie is a former member of the Portsmouth City Council and former Chairman of the Portsmouth School Board. He graduated from Yale University and Boston University School of Law, and he is an approved agent for Lawyers Title Insurance Company.
 
Paul R. pudloski
Small business, landlord and tenant law; civil litigation, wills & trusts, and family law matters have been the focus of Paul Pudloski's32 year legal career. Whether forming a new business, mastering the technicalities of NH eviction law, restoring a driver's license, or counseling a client through a trying divorce, Attorney Pudloski strives to provide direct, personal and practical solutions to complex legal issues.
    A former prosecutor, Attorney Pudloski has broad experience in court rooms throughout the Granite State. He was selected, trained, and currently serves as a Neutral Evaluator in the Superior Court's Family Division.
    Paul resides in Exeter, NH, where he has served Chairman of the Revolutionary War Festival, President of the Lions Club, and as a youth baseball coach and umpire. The Ohio native is a graduate of Allegheny (PA) College and Case-Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland. He is past President of the Rockingham County Bar Association, member of the NH Bar Association's Professionalism Committee, and member of the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire.
