Attorney Pudloski serves individuals, families, landlords, and businesses throughout New Hampshire.  As an experienced trial advocate and legal counselor, he is able to provide practical legal solutions.

Attorney Paul R. Pudloski concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, estate planning, landlord and tenant law, and small business. He has practiced law in the NH Seacoast area since 1979, and been a member of the New Hampshire Bar since 1975.

Paul’s Family Law practice includes litigated, mediated, and Collaborative divorces. He offers both full representation and “unbundled legal services” for family law clients who may not desire full representation. Paul is trained in Collaborative Divorce, and he has been a member of the New Hampshire Collaborative Law Alliance for over ten (10) years. He is the Co-founder of the “Seacoast Collaborative Divorce Professionals”, a Regional Practice Group of attorneys, financial planners, and mental health professionals who practice Collaborative Divorce.

Paul has assisted hundreds of clients with the their Estate Planning needs, and offers practical advice for growing, aging, or blended families, as well as single individuals, widows, and widowers.

Paul has represented large and small landlords and property managers in the Seacoast area since 1992. He has lectured to a variety of landlord groups throughout New Hampshire. He is the author of the "NH Landlord Survival Kit", a set of legal guides and customized legal document to enable small landlords to manage their residential rental properties in accordance with New Hampshire’s strict laws.

A former prosecutor, Paul is the a Past President and Director of the Rockingham County Bar Association. Currently, he is the Co-Chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Leadership Academy, and has mentored several new attorneys through the NHBA's Mentoring Program.

Paul is a 12-year member of BNI (“Business Network International”) and is a former President of his BNI Chapter in Portsmouth, known as “Seacoast Referral Connection”. He has twice received the “Givers Gain Award” from his BNI chapter.

Paul is a native of Kent, Ohio, who earned his BA degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, and earned his JD degree from Case-Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, OH. He has been a member of the NH Bar since 1975.

Paul and his wife raised their family in Exeter, NH, but now reside in Portsmouth. Paul coached youth baseball for eleven (11) years, and has served as counsel for the NH Amateur Hockey Association. He chaired the Revolutionary War Festival in Exeter for two (2) years, and is a Past President of the Exeter Lions Club.
